Orders once placed are Non Refundable and Non Exchangable.  Utmost care and precautions are taken to ensure the product is delivered break free and melt free during transport. Due to tropical climatic conditions, seasonal changes, transport and logistics challenges, break free and melt free delivery is not guaranteed. No refund or exchange requests are accepted under such circumstances as well.
