Once your order is received, your Order Tracking ID is shared within 2-3 business days on your phone via whatsapp, sms or email.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 15 business days to receive your order. 

Orders within Pune City are delivered within approximately 2 - 3 business days. These time frames may vary depending on the order traffic.

Orders are shipped via third party companies and above delivery periods may vary as per orders and logistics traffic.

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address provided. Please include street full name, street address, apartment number, city, phone number along with appropriate pin code. 

No Returns, Exchanges or Refund requests are accepted under any circumstances. Orders once placed are non-refundable. Utmost care and precautions are taken to ensure the product is delivered break free and melt free during transport. Due to tropical climatic conditions, seasonal changes, transport and logistics challenges, break free and melt free delivery is not guaranteed. No refund or exchange requests are accepted under such circumstances as well.
